wellx... i woke up ytd w a bad sore throat..hardly able to speak..
then sore throat kinda got betta..
But..when it came to e evening a fever rained onto me..and a headahe..a backache.. and wateva aching.. then realli cldnt take it..had to slp le.. if not will juz explode.. woke up...fever..took medicine.. fever subsided..then blaa.

well...EE.. evangelsitic explosion..dun dare to go back anymore.. erm.. i mean.. i dunno la.. i'll apply wat i've learnt.. but i dun think i'll go back as a trainer.. yupp
