i've been eating SO MUCh this wk.. all e calories pumped up in my body liao.. then ytd when i was in e gym.. i was surprised tt i lost weight..............er... is tt supposed 2 b a gd news? dun realli think so.. i wan 2 maintain my weight n now wat.. gargh..lol.. my sis said i reminded her of her anorexic fren....thnx lor...


ah well.. so much 4 having a heaty stomach.. lol.. my stomach is famous 4 being too heaty.. my chi doc said it's too acidic le.. tt's y i always get sore throat so easily.. wat 2 do... aiya.. i veh poor thing.. juz eat abit of heaty fd oso cannot.. my face will sprout pimples e next day.. n if i continue eating heaty fd.. i'll start sneezing badly.. then will hav throat irritation.. n then followed by influenza aka flu.....yes.. tt's me... haha


speaking abt flu.. i dun understand y ppl mix up flu w cold.. flu means u hav a sore throat, runny nose n fever all together 3 in 1.. it is NOT cold.. which is juz runny nose alone.. yes.. ppl.. pls get this rite.. esp nilawan cheng.. LOl.. realli la.. whenever i hav mc.. n ppl ask me y i mc ..n i say i hav flu.. they'll sae.. 'huh.. flu oso mc?' pls la..aiyo.. flu is not cold...
